SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of: capturing channel status information relative to each of a plurality of subchannels from a first receiver; allocating at least one first distribution subchannel from a plurality of subchannels to the first receiver based on the first channel status information; capturing second channel status information relative to each of a plurality of subchannels from a second receiver if at least one first distribution subchannel corresponds to part of the plurality of channels; allocating at least one second distribution subchannel from the plurality of subchannels to the second receiver based on the second channel status information; and transmitting a data block to the first receiver and the second receiver. The data block includes a first data frame and a second data frame, wherein the first data frame is transmitted through at least one first distribution subchannel, and the second data frame is transmitted through at least one second distribution subchannel.
