FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to confectionary industry, namely to compounds for production of flour confectionary goods and can be used while producing flour confectionary goods, namely gingerbreads with filling. Compound contains wheat top-grade flour, oat flour, dry rye malt, artificial honey, butter, hen's eggs, carbon-ammonium salt, natrium bicarbonate, flavouring agent and sand sugar for production of glase. Fruit-and-berries confiture is used as filling. The ingredients are used in the specified proportions.
EFFECT: production of gingerbreads with increased food value with welcome taste and aroma balanced combined wit filling's advantages is performed along with its cost reduction.
