SUBSTANCE: device has envelope matching the device in shape and manufactured from a soft flexible material harmless to organism. The envelope is open on both ends. The envelope has two sleeves on the internal surface for the belt bands and a removable connection member manufactured from a soft flexible material on the back envelope surface. Vertical cut is made in the central part the back envelope surface and internal connection member surface for belt cords to pass through. Holes on the envelope ends are not less than cord height and sleeve lumen is not less than belt bands width.
