FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and pharmacology, specifically to production of pharmaceutical preparations purified by chromatography techniques. There is offered method for making ceruloplasmin, implying that settled Kohn's IV fraction of blood plasma is treated with 0.1 M sodium acetate buffer solution of pH 5.5-5.8. The prepared solution is applied on DEAE sorbent in a boiling bed mode, eluted with the same buffer solution, containing 0.33 M NaCL. It is followed with virus inactivation by solvent detergent processing of eluate. The inactivated eluate is additionally exposed to chromatographic purification on carboxyl cation exchanger with using acetate buffer solution of pH 5.1-5.3. The first stage involves application of acetate buffer solution containing 7% ethanol and 1% Tween 80, while at the second stage acetate buffer solution contains 15% ethanol. The end product is eluted with 0.4 M acetate buffer solution of pH 5.1-5.3. The product is dialysed with following sterilising filtration.
EFFECT: invention provides making high-yield virus-free ceruloplasmin.
