FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely to arythmology. Recording of transoesophageal electrocardiogram involves programming of the implanted pacemaker for frequency exceeding that of spontaneous sinus rhythm by 10 pulses per minute, and atrio-ventricular delay 200 ms. It is followed with measuring the interval between atrial spike of the pacemaker and the termination of left atrial potential A in the transoesophageal electrogram. This interval is also programmed in the pacemaker as an atrio-ventricular delay.
EFFECT: invention allows improving accuracy of evaluating individual atrio-ventricular delay in the patients with implanted dual-chamber pacemakers.
