FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves detecting native atrial activity and applying electric impulse to atrial myocardium using electrostimulation device and electrodes. The moment favorable for sending electric stimulus synchronized with right atrium activity to the left atrium is determined by means of external electronic switch on the skin surface. The electric stimulus is sent to electronic input of electric trigger-type cardiostimulator device some time later, selecting time interval corresponding to interatrial excitation conduction time. The stimulus acts as launching signal to start producing and delivering electric impulse to left myocardial atrium in transesophageal way with electronic circuit of the trigger-type cardiostimulator device. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of stimulation; simplified method. 1 dwg, 3 tbl
