FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Before operation, spatial distribution of physical, chemical and geometrical properties of biological tissue are defined in both the area to be subjected to effects and directly nearby zone of impacts. Irradiation parameters are regulated depending upon continuously measured characteristics of spatial distribution of aforesaid characteristics in both zones. Spatial distribution of characteristics is measured allowing for spectral composition, amplitude and phase of response signal from biological tissue generated in response to modulated laser irradiation of aforesaid zone. Laser radiation frequency modulation is selected from the condition of match with resonance frequencies of biological tissue mechanical oscillations in zone of medical treatment. Proposed device comprises optical radiation source with radiation power and time modulation control unit optically coupled with the device of optical radiation transfer and spatial distribution formation. It includes also control-and-diagnostics system allowing determination of aforesaid spatial distribution of physical, chemical and geometrical properties of biological tissue on the surface and in volume of biological tissue in producing preset characteristics of spatial distribution of physical, chemical and geometrical parameters.

EFFECT: optimized parameters of influencing tissues and preventing side effects.
