SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to phthisiology. Skin within three fields of projection of the pathological process in the lungs, and then the spleen are radiated by means of "MILTA F-8-01" magnetic-laser apparatus. Nozzle is used in the form of a three-dimensional diffraction grating to form speckle modulated radiation while observing the following parameters: laser radiation with the wavelength of 0.85 nm, the pulse power of 7 W, the pulse repetition frequency of 5 Hz, the modulation frequency of 80 Hz and the maximum power density of not less than 0.5 mW/cm². Light-emitting diode radiation with the wavelength of 0.89 nm, the total power of 100 mW, the modulation frequency of 80 Hz, the maximum power density of not less than 30 mW/cm². Magnetic induction on the axis of the magnet in the plane of the output aperture of the terminal is 60 mT. Total exposure time is 2 minutes for each field. Duration of one session is 8 minutes. Therapeutic course is 10 sessions to be done daily. 2-3 courses are to be done in the active phase of the process.

EFFECT: method provides higher clinical effectiveness of active forms of pulmonary tuberculosis due to the use of electromagnetic fields with close to the exposed anthropogenic system spatial-time characteristics.
