FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and can be applied for modification of cartilage tissue for stimulation of its regeneration. In cartilage tissue at least one canal of access is formed. In at least one formed canal of access flowing medium, which forms at least one bubble of flowing medium, is introduced. Into, at least, one formed canal of access at least one source of electromagnetic radiation is introduced, posing it in such a way that, at least, one formed bubble was in zone of electromagnetic radiation impact of, at least, one source of electromagnetic radiation. At least one said source of electromagnetic radiation is activated.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to induce growth of cartilage tissue for replacement of pathologically changed structures.
