FIELD: rescue equipment.

SUBSTANCE: devise belongs to rescue equipment and can be applied for detection of the person suffering distress on water, and determination of its position. The system contains the life jacket dressed on the person with light sources, an energy source, cables, holders, membranes, levers, breakers, pneumatic pipeline, air reservoirs, waterstop rings, transmitter units with transmitting antennas. In control point the receiver is installed, containing three reception antennas, three high-frequency amplifiers, two heterodynes, three mixers, seven intermediate frequency amplifiers, seven multipliers, seven narrow-band filters, two correlation units, eight threshold units, thirteen keys, six phasemetres, the registration unit, four amplitude detectors and four correlators. In the devise there are used image channels of reception and simultaneous detection of the several persons suffering distress on water.

EFFECT: invention allows to expand working frequency range of the receiver without expansion of frequency returning range of heterodyne.
