FIELD: conveyor construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conveyors, particularly to methods for cleaning of conveyor track. Scraper blade, adapted for erasure of material from surface (24) of conveyor track, allows edge (15) of scraper at one end and erection basis (16) on its other end and it tapers to the edge of at least on external end of scraper's blade. Section of scraper's blade, which spreads from edge (15) and to the point, adjoining to erection basis (16) or places on it, is manufactured at least with two layers (40, 41), which spreads longitudinal by mentioned section of scraper's blade. At least one the first layer (40) is manufactured from polyurethane with lower solidity and higher abrasion resistance, than at least one second layer (41), which substantially is manufactured from plastic on the basis of polycarbonate. At least one second layer (41) is adapted for strengthening and hardening of surface (42). Manufacturing method of scraper's blade for cleaning of conveyor track includes strengthening of scraper's blade by plastic on the basis of polycarbonate and polyurethane with its cohesion in mold for providing of coherent structure.
EFFECT: invention increases service life and improves erasure.
