SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a sole unit (15) that is permeable for water steam and contains a walking sole layer (41) that is fabricated based on walking sole material and is designed as integral or composed of multiple parts; either the said layer represents the walking sole or there is a walking sole (consisting of a single or multiple parts) additionally positioned under such layer; the thickness of he walking sole layer (41) within the circumferential zone is reduced due to the indent (43) passing from the top side of the walking sole layer (41); the walking sole layer (41) has through holes (45) made therein and passing throughout the thickness; the unit also contains a barrier layer (47), at least partially located in the walking sole layer (41) indent (43) and occupying but part of the indent (43) depth; the barrier layer is permeable to water steam and is made of a barrier material that prevents foreign bodies punching through; positioned over the barrier layer (47) in the indent (43) is a comfort layer (49) that is permeable to water steam and fabricated based on a material having minor hardness and specific weight as compared to the walking sole material.
EFFECT: ensuring water-tightness combined with steam permeability.
