SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a salt of amine with carbostyril derivative, formed from carbostyril derivative, with formula , R is a halogen atom, substitution position in the side chain is the 3^rd or 4^th position in the carbostyril skeleton, and the bond between the 3^rd and 4^th positions on the carbostyril skeleton is a single or double bond, and amine, chosen from: amino acid; C_1-6alkyl-substituted amine, which can have a substituted chosen from a group which contains a hydroxy group and an amino group; and amino sugar, which dissolves in water very well. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition which contains a salt of amine with carbostyril derivative of formula (I) as an active ingredient.
