FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering field, particularly to method of products shaping from alloy with shape memory effect. For simplification and expansion of application field of method of product's shaping from alloy with shape memory effect blanks is cooled up to martensitic state, deformed, hardened, heated up to temperature of shape fixation and isolated. Hardening is implemented by means of installation of blank on external surface of shape elements. At deformation blank is shaped, minimal cross-sectional perimetre of which in austenitic state is less than minimal cross-sectional perimetre of shape elements, or hardening is implemented by means of installation of blank in shape elements. At deformation of cooled blank it is shaped, maximal cross-sectional perimetre of which in austenitic state is more than maximal cross-sectional perimeter shape element. At its heating up to temperature of shape fixation there are implemented two additional intermediate isolations correspondingly at temperature of generation beginning in blank of reactive voltages and at temperature of completion in blank of austenitic transformation.
EFFECT: method can be used in medicine for manufacturing of splint for fixation of broken bones or in technology at manufacturing and restoration of joint sleeves and screw nuts.
