FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to pipeline stop valves and is intended for use as isolating valve in heat and power engineering, chemical and food industry, water supply systems, gas- and oil pipelines. Stop valve with heat-sensitive control comprises control element, actuating mechanism, regulation element. Regulation element is installed on pipeline filled with liquid or gas. Actuating mechanism is arranged in the form of volume action drive. Control element is equipped with two heat insulation chambers with heat-sensitive elements arranged inside, distribution chamber with relief valves, two electric heaters, contact device equipped with time relay and pusher. Walls of heat insulation chambers are arranged as heat-insulated. Heat-sensitive elements are made of material that has shape memory effect. Two relief valves are connected to heat-sensitive elements by their gates. Relief valves are used to connect volume action drive parallel to part of high pressure pipeline arranged upstream valve and zone of lower pressure. Zone of lower pressure is arranged as part of pipeline downstream valve. Inside volume action drive there is a freezer installed. Each of heat-insulated chambers is directly connected to two relief valves.
EFFECT: expanded area of application of stop valve with heat-sensitive control.
