FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to structures for parking and storage of large number of automobiles with application of automated facilities under constrained conditions of allotted land. Multistory automated parking lot comprises metal frame with zones of entry/exit, cubicles for storage of at least four automobiles at each level, lifting-lowering mechanism, which includes weight platform with rotary device and equipped with detachable tray for automobile with mechanism of horizontal displacement of mentioned trays from platform to cubicles and back. Metal frame is made of assembled structures, at the same time panels of sandwich type and/or single-chamber insulating glass units are used as wall fencing elements, entry zone is equipped with detectors for definition of weight and dimensional parametres of automobile and digital display, rotary device in the form of wheel equipped with an additional electric motor is mounted on platform, electric drive of chain gears is arranged in the form of four synchronised electric motors in upper parts of bearing structures, and mechanism of trays displacement comprises sleds with hooks mounted on rotary wheel and extended by means of drive.

EFFECT: simplified design, reduction of labour expenses and material expenses for manufacturing, operation and maintenance of parking, arrangement of structural elements of building, rational use of land, improved operational characteristics, reduced duration of cycle of automobile collection and giving out to user and increased throughput capacity of parking lot due to efficient operation of lifting-lowering mechanism.
