SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of heat and power engineering and can be applied at heat power plants. Heat power plant containing steam boiler, connected by steam pipeline of live steam with extraction turbine, connected on heating medium to lower and upper turbine heating steam extractors lower and upper heating-system heaters, connected on heated medium into heating-system water pipeline, deaerator, connected via pipeline of deaerated feeding water to heating-system pipeline before lower heating-system heater, surface heat-exchanger - cooler of deaerated feeding water, connected into pipeline of deaerated feeding water between deaerator and heating-system pipeline, and on cooling medium connected to reduced natural gas pipeline between device for gas pressure reduction and steam boiler burners.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase plan efficiency of power plant operation.
