SUBSTANCE: plant for preparing make-up water of combined electric power-and-heat generating plant with open heat-extraction system includes steam turbine with two heat extracting devices of steam, with are connected by means of steam lines to lower and upper system water heaters and condensers, steam turbine with heat extraction and industrial steam extracting devices, water-to-water heater, heater of heating water, calcinatory, vacuum deaerator, storage tank, raw make-up water pipeline, softened make-up water pipeline, deaerated water pipeline, heating water pipeline, return delivery water pipeline, direct delivery water pipeline, chemical water treatment plant, and ejector. At that, it is also equipped with continuous blowdown expansion tank of steam boiler, continuous blowdown cooler, heater, heated delivery water pipelines, blowdown water pipeline, and cooled delivery water pipeline.

EFFECT: improving thermodynamic efficiency and electric power generation at thermal input in combined electric power-and-heat generating plant with open heat extraction system.
