FIELD: gas producing industry; pipe valves and fittings.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices with shutoff member and it is designed for mounting in process lines of gas fields. Gate with sealing surface and hole connected with drive rod is installed in housing of shutoff-and-control device with pass channel and hole in seat. Housing accommodates also shutoff member. The latter is made in form of ball plug fitted in gate hole. Lever with pin is installed on spindle of ball plug. Housing accommodates stop with slot arranged for interaction of spindle lever pin with said slot. Shutoff valve is arranged on gate from side of rod to cut off passing of medium from pass channel into hole of gate after shutoff member and installed for engagement with rod at opening of device.

EFFECT: improved reliability in operation, provision of repairability and increased service life of shutoff-and-control device.
