FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: drying complex for products contains operation chambers, each of which is equipped with set of trays, heater, ventilator, condenser and vacuum valves, interrelated by means of technological pipelines and fittings with vacuum installation, system of cooling liquid supply, condensate accumulator and equipped with means for products temperature control and agent of drying and vacuum. Trays, heater and ventilator are compactly placed between upper surfaces of shell and tank of box form of three-way condenser made in form of pipe set, hermetically placed into tank for passage of drying agent and discharge of condensate into accumulator, vacuum valves are selected with rate if operating elements 400-800 mm/sec with conventional pass within the limits from 50 to 63 mm per 1 cubic metre of operation chamber, vacuum chamber being made with possibility if connection with operation chamber with volume ratios selected as 0.6 to 1 for stabilisation of temperature and pressure in process of drying and 1.2 to 1 for carrying out vacuum impulse.

EFFECT: increase of temperature and pressure stabilisation in zone of products processing in order to eliminate initial substance loss and possibility to destroy live cells of organism and plants ensuring simple sanitary treatment.
