SUBSTANCE: bit stuffing component receives signal intensity symbol data and adds "1" to every bit of protected sound data of sound vocoder if received signal intensity symbol magnitude is lower than preset threshold value. If aforesaid symbol magnitude equals or exceeds threshold value, bit stuffing component adds additional data bits to appropriate bits of sound vocoder protected data. Frame recovery component separates high-order and low-order bits with their initial sequence recovered to verify validity of eight data fragments obtained by combining low-order bits previously separated. Is the latter are valid, frame recovery component integrates eight data fragments to make additional data for additional data recovery.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of data reception during data correction.
