SUBSTANCE: in one version of this invention embodiment mobile station uses radio signals from many wireless networks of connection (for example with various radio interfaces and/or controlled by different service providers) for determination of location (for example for data transmission, for information concerning time and/or frequency, for range measuring, for sector or altitude assessment). In the other version of this invention embodiment mobile stations use compilation of statistical data concerning wireless access points (for example location of mobile stations which have received signals from wireless access points such as from cellular base stations, access points of wireless local computer network, repeaters for signals concerning location or of other transmitters of wireless communication) and for obtaining the information about location (for example location and service area of wireless access points) for wireless networks of communication from compiled statistical data.
