FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for fish seasoning. Device contains compressor cooling machine and drying chamber where cells with fish are placed. External condenser and productivity regulator are connected to cooling machine gate along with inside condenser. Between electronic thermal expansion valve and expansion coil there are temperature sensor on the outlet of drying agent from inner condenser and humidity sensor on the inlet of drying agent into the expansion coil.

EFFECT: invention allows to keep temperature and humidity of drying agent in limits needed during whole seasoning process.
