FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes loading of grains into tubular hollow screw channel consisting of several flights, wound around vertically oriented axis, representing drying chamber, in which grain-flow moves from up downwards by gravity flow. All length of screw channel is divided into sections with step t between each other and at the inlet to each section ejecting jets of compressed air are introduced into grain-flow through section collectors. At the outlet from lower flight of spiral channel grain-flow is supplied into discharging metering machine and remove into accumulation bunker. Wet air is separated from grain flow and supplied to dust-catching device, where wet air is separated and by means of ventilator directed into atmosphere, and caught dust and grain are re-introduced into upper flight of spiral channel. When accumulation bunker is filled to definite level, supply of grain-flow into drying chamber is stopped, grain is lifted from near-bottom part of accumulation bunker and supplied into drying chamber, in such way several complete cycles of grain drying are carried out to required humidity, value of which is determined by sensor located at the inlet to accumulation bunker. After that grain from accumulation bunker is removed and heat, released by bodies of electric engines of ventilator and compressor is caught and introduced into drying chamber.
EFFECT: claimed method ensures energy-preserving operation mode.
