FIELD: heating, drying.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural production, particularly to drying whatever grain and can be used in chemical and pharmaceutical industries to pre-dry granules, glomeration and crystals. Proposed method comprises continuous or intermittent grain loading via feed proportioner into tubular sectional coiled drying chamber, forcing grain flow through inside said drying chamber from top to down, along with extra swirling of said grain flow in all sections of said chamber. Said swirling is effected with the help of high-rate ejected air-heat carrier jets forced along grain motion. Note here that said swirling is performed in even sections of aforesaid drying chamber and around the axes of said sections counter clockwise, swirling direction being deflected from grain flow direction by angle α, while in uneven sections direction deflects from grain flow direction by angle β.
EFFECT: longer stay of grain flow in drying chamber tubular section, higher efficiency of moisture separation.
