SUBSTANCE: exercise machine "Armwrestling" consists of the elements having a shape of at least one head, torso and of at least one upper extremity. At least one element having a shape of the upper extremity is displaced relative to the element having a shape of the torso and bent in the elbow joint. There is an element having a shape of the upper extremity in the upper part of the element having a shape of the torso. It is an element of the device enabling to determine a value of the force applied to it. In the lower part of the element having a shape of the torso there is an element attached and having a shape of the lower extremity. It has at least one fastening element with a bearing surface for stability and the surface is not an element of the exercise machine.

EFFECT: use of this exercise machine can improve effectiveness of exercising.
