The multifunctional sling trainer contains two horizontal parallel stretched woven tapes 1 (press slings) with fastening loops 2 sewn at both ends, which are connected with carabiners with extension cords 3, which, in turn, are fastened with carabiners to chain-type slings 5. In this case the opposite ends of the chain-type slings are fixed at the support points 6 by an easily removable nodal connection or rigidly with the help of anchor bolts.
