FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates in cascades intended for continuous separation of gas mixes in centrifugal separators. Proposed unit comprises group of gas centrifuges, elements (2, 3, 4, 8, 9) fastening centrifuge housings (5) in two rows to frame (1), device to distribute gas flow feed and bleed between inner gas channels (12, 13, 14) of every centrifuge and main channels (23, 24, 25) of unit-type manifolds (20, 21, 22). Every manifold accommodates angular shut-off valves (19). Note here that angular valve flow passages are arranged in unit-type manifold wall, right above aforesaid main channel, aforesaid valves having seats and side channel oriented towards one or another row of centrifuges every aforesaid flow passage accommodates vertical push rod with gate and flexible membrane. Cover and valve closing spring (19) is fitted above aforesaid membrane. Previously mentioned valve is furnished with bellcrank-type manual drive (36) linked up with push rod and representing retainer (40) shared by valves of one centrifuge to fix the manual drive position. Aforesaid bellcrank (36) is fitted on push rod to rotate about valve axis. Lever drive end (37) is coupled with centrifuge top cover (11). Lever thrust end (38) is linked up, via valve cover, with unit frame (1). The latter is furnished with posts whereon unit-type manifolds (20, 21, 22) are arranged in height to allow access to valve drive manual control device.

EFFECT: higher reliability, simplified control over shut-off valve.
