FIELD: metallurgy industry.
SUBSTANCE: steel 20X13L is molten, complex silicate-free alloy on the basis of rare-earth elements and nickel in quantity of 0.03 to 0.05% of melt weight is added, and casting and cooling is performed. Casts are subject to annealing by being charged to the oven at 750°C, casts are heated up to 950°C, exposure time at 950°C±10°C is 2 to 2.5 hours, and then casts are cooled together with the oven up to 550°C. Casts are cooled in the air up to ambient temperature. Hardening is performed in the oven heated up to 800°C. Casts are heated up to 1050°C±10°C, kept for 2.2 to 2.3 hours, cooled in the air up to 100°C within 2.5 to 3.0 hours. Tempering is performed at 580°C±10°C during 3 hours with subsequent cooling of casts in the air up to ambient temperature.
EFFECT: increasing wear-resistance and hardness of casts.
