FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be implemented for fabricating items of cylinder form with internal cavities, for example heat exchangers, parts of electric-chemical and chemical equipment, heat regulators etc. A removable metal rod of specified diametre is inserted in the cavity of a cavity forming element symmetrically to its lengthwise axis. A gap is filled with removable water filler. Filled with water external cavity forming elements in form of pipes with a layer of easy fusible material on their external surface are arranged close to each other on surface of the central cavity forming element. The formed bundle is put into a tubular metal shell removed after explosion. A circular charge of explosive substance (ES) is arranged on surface of the shell; further, process of detonation is initiated. Upon explosive loading produced blank is subject to heat treatment with consideration to melting temperature of layers of easy fusible material.

EFFECT: there is produced all-welded composite item of cylinder shape with increased volume share of internal cavities, reduced consumption of metal per one item, facilitating meanwhile high efficiency of heat exchange of substances in internal channels of item with environment.
