FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: according to the method, a cavity-forming bimetallic element in the form of a tube with the outer niobium layer 0.8-1.2 mm thick and the inner titanium layer 4-6 mm thick is taken, and a central cavity-forming glass element with the wall thickness of 10-15 mm and with the outer diameter 2-4 mm less than the inner diameter of the cavity-forming bimetallic element is placed coaxially inside it; the gap therebetween is filled with an aqueous filler. After sealing, the resulting assembly is arranged coaxially inside the tubular bimetallic shell made with the outer aluminium layer 1.5-2.5 mm thick and the inner nickel layer 1.2-1.6 mmthick; in the gap therebetween a tubular intermediate copper layer with the wall thickness of 1.5-2.5 mm is coaxially arranged; weld explosion is performed, with the subsequent annealing of the welded blank at regulated modes.
EFFECT: result, all-welded composite article of cylindrical shape with an internal cavity is produced in one act of explosive impact with subsequent annealing, without disturbances of axial symmetry and tightness of the metal layers.
