SUBSTANCE: in this method it is taken the bimetallic cavity forming element as the tube with the outer layer thickness of 1.5-2.5 mm made from copper, with the inner layer thickness of 3.5-5 mm from stainless austenitic steel and coaxially placed inside it the central element cavity forming element made from glass with the wall thickness of 10-15 mm and with the outer diameter smaller at 2-4mm of the bimetallic cavity forming element inner diameter, the gap between it is filled with the aqueous filling, after the sealing the resulting assembly is positioned coaxially inside the tubular shell, having the wall thickness of 2-4 mm, in the gap between them the tubular intermediate layer is disposed coaxially made from niobium with wall thickness of 0.8-1.2 mm and explosion welding is performed according to the regulated conditions.
EFFECT: all-welded composite product of cylindrical shape with the internal cavity without breaking the axial symmetry and the metal layers tightness is produced at the single act of explosive impact.
