FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to welding and can be used in production, repair and mounting of reaction coils of high-temperature pyrolysis units subjected to notable static loads at 900-1100°C, carburising, corrosion and wear. Electrode consists of high-alloy austenitic chromium-nickel steel rod and coat comprising the following components in wt %: marble - 22-28, "calcium fluoride" - 16-22, potassium chromate - 0.5-2.5, ferroboron - 11-14, ferrotitanium - 1.5-3, silicocalcium - 0.1-0.5, rutile making the rest. In producing electrodes, molten-sodium glass in amount of 28-30 wt %, with respect to mix dry weight, is used.
EFFECT: increased rupture life and resistance to carbonising, better weldability.
