FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in production, assembly and repair of reaction coils incorporated with high-temperature pyrolysis units operated at notable static loads at 900-1100°C, in pipe carbonisation and corrosion conditions. Proposed surface contains the following components, in wt %: marble - 22-26, fluor-spar - 16-20, dolomite - 4-6, feldspar - 4-6.5, manganese - 8.5-9.5, ferroboron - 11-13, ferrotitanium - 2-3, talc - 2,5-4, rutile making the rest. Amount of sodium-potassium liquid glass per dry mix weight makes 26-30. Said liquid glass consists of sodium glass, 25%, potassium glass, 35%, and water, 40%, and addition of caustic potassium in amount of 3 g per 1 l of water. Said electrode surface ensures resistance against autocracks.
EFFECT: resistance against autocracks.
