FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of cryogenic capacity (1), blanket (2) directly installed on it, and tight cover (3) above the blanket. In blanket (2) there made are channels (7) in the form of staged cuts which connect all the interlayer spaces of blanket to each other. Surfaces of cryogenic capacity (1) and tight cover (3) opposite edges of channels (7) have covering with emissivity factor of not more than 0.1. Due to this, radiant heat flux is reduced through channels. Valves (8) are provided for vacuumising tight cover (3) and blanket (2). Warming of cryogenic liquid in cryogenic capacity (1) is decreased owing to heavier vacuum processing of blanket (2) by means of channels (7). Requirements for cover (3) tightness can be levelled down, and it can be made non-rigid and light.
EFFECT: reducing cryogenic component losses owing to decrease of heat flux supplied thereto.
