FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: humid carbonic powder is supplied through the loading tray 15 to the dryer 8 with the fluidised bed to the bottom part whereof heating and fluidising gas 7 is supplied. Dried carbonic powder delivered from the unloading tray 17 is transferred to the coke furnace. Coal fines is excluded with the gas from the upper part of the dryer 8 with the fluidised bed and is collected by the dust-collecting unit 11 installed on the pipe line of the end gas 10. Binding component is added by the mechanism of addition of the binding component 18 having the mechanism to control the quantity of the addition of the binding component that allows to maintain constant proportions of small particles withdrawn from the dust-collecting unit 11, and the binding component depending on the temperature or the velocity of the end gas flow of the coke furnace.
EFFECT: this invention allows to prevent spraying or sticking of the carbon.
