FIELD: metallurgy industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metal powder industry, and namely to composite materials for metal-to-ceramic seals. Composite material contains the following, wt %: tungsten 69-71; boron 0.05-0.15; manganese 0.1-0.3; nickel 0.2-0.3; lithium 0.03-0.14; silicium 0.2-0.3; copper - the rest. Initial powders are mixed, strip-rolled, strips are sintered and rolled; after that, they are bundled by alternating the direction of strips along rolling and across rolling direction, crimped till the attached surfaces of strips are joint during heating and heated up to temperature of 1200-1300°C.
EFFECT: obtaining composite material without delamination, with sufficient plasticity, isotropic physical and mechanical properties in the strip plane and with line thermal expansion coefficient close to line thermal expansion coefficient of ceramics.
