FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly to production of production of m bimetallic sheets with deposited (plated) layer of wear proof steel and main layer of alloyed steel. Proposed method comprises building up of main layer by plating wear proof layer and its hot rolling. After said hot rolling, annealing is performed at 680-820°C. Main layer is made from steel containing carbon, silicon, manganese, chromium, phosphorus, sulfur, iron and unavoidable impurities. Wear proof plating layer is made from high-carbon alloy steel containing carbon, silicon, manganese, chromium, tungsten, vanadium, molybdenum, phosphorus, sulfur, iron and unavoidable impurities.
EFFECT: better manufacturability, higher strength, hardness and wear resistance.
