FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to coupling for pipes. The coupling for pipes consists of a circular bushing made with a projecting flange, end surface of which narrows in direction of a pipe insertion; further the coupling consists of a circular clamping device with clamping surface facing external surface of the pipe and of circular flexible packing facility located between the flange and the clamping device. There is also a circular pressure device and a fixing device of a bolt/nut type for forced travel of a bushing and the pressure device in the direction towards one another and for travel of clamp surface of the clamping device and a packing device inside. The pressure device is divided into plurality of separate circular segments and is equipped with adjoining surface designed to travel to end surface of the flange. Bolts travel radially inside simultaneously with inside travel of circular segments.
EFFECT: invention upgrades reliability of connection.
