FIELD: fire-fighting, particularly permanently-installed equipment.

SUBSTANCE: subassembly for sprinkler head installation inside orifice formed in wall with 10 mm thickness has bracket for sprinkler head holding, clamping member comprising thread brought into engagement with bracket thread to provide movement thereof in axial direction relative bracket and expanding means supported by bracket. Clamping member is formed so that clamping member movement causes expanding means 11 displacement from initial position in which expanding means has the first diameter into fixing position in which expanding means has the second diameter exceeding the first one to press expanding means to orifice side. Subassembly for installing sprinkler head into wall of not more than 30 mm thickness is also disclosed.

EFFECT: increased simplicity and speed of sprinkler head installation even in the case of asymmetrical and directional spray characteristics.
