FIELD: heating systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices for firing low-heating-value gases. Gas burner includes air supply and gas pipes, valve device and nozzle; at that, air supply and gas pipes are rigidly connected to outlets thus forming a common channel and are installed at an angle of α=30-45° to each other; inside valve device, along central axis there installed is stock with thread throughout the surface and slide valve rigidly fixed in lower part in the form of cones doubled with bases, connected through a disc, with diametre equal to cone diametre and a handle in upper part; at that, between air supply and gas pipes there rigidly fixed is a fixture with through threaded hole.

EFFECT: complete firing of low-heating-value gases without physical and chemical incomplete burning, with thermal capacity and with adjustable flame length, which are required for procedure of drying, tempering and calcination of various materials, and simple design provides increased reliability of burner during operation, and structurally determined high movement rate of gas-air mixture inside burner provides its explosion safety.
