SUBSTANCE: invention refers to test engineering. The impact pendulum-type testing machine consists of a bed and of arranged thereon a pendulum with a load, a sample gripping device secured on the pendulum, two stops rigidly fixed on the bed and designed for interaction with an impact transferring element arranged on the sample, a rotation drive, and a platform kinematically connected to the latter; also rotation axis of the platform coincides with a fulcrum pin of the pendulum; further the machine consists of a controlled clutch for connecting the platform with the fulcrum pin of the pendulum. A tooth sector is assembled on the bed coaxially to the fulcrum pin of the pendulum; a response tooth wheel and a device fixing wheel turn relative to the pendulum are installed on the pendulum; also the pendulum rotates around its axis.
