FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to test equipment intended for testing of SI and VU in enabling their current pulses of different shape and amplitude at moment of action of impact loads. Device includes test and operating zones. In testing zone there is breaker consisting of wooden frame, in which shaft is located. Segment and ratchet wheel are fixed on shaft, load suspended on belt, and handle with hammer are fixed to segment. On bed in parallel to axis of shaft there is pedestal, with anvil is positioned in its slot. Hammer is enclosed in protective steel chamber, doors of which are equipped with power supply circuits locking system, outside of which there is mechanical drive to lift hammer. Appliance with tested object, piezo transducer to control operating time of ED and piezoelectric accelerometer are fixed on hammer. Generator circuit connected to blasting tested object blasting line, and PR, installed on disruptive line and ensuring measurement of current flowing through bridge ED at moment of its operation are also located in testing zone pulse. In the operating zone there are ultrasound, pulse generator which generates required delay, HII connected with circuit of explosion pulse generation electric cable, and recording equipment connected measuring cables with sensors and PR. Technical result consists in possibility of testing high-speed CU and VU in enabling their current pulses of different amplitude and duration at the moment of action of impact loads, simplified design, providing personnel safety.
EFFECT: testing of SI and VU in enabling their current pulses of different shape and amplitude at the moment of action of impact loads.
