SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of the nail service in the personal services sphere. The form for nail growth and modelling has the plate with the nail ruler. The plate creates the upper form identical to the form of natural nail made as one solid element. The form is intended for multiple use and its dimensions fit the range of sizes of natural nails. The form is made of synthetic resin. There is another method of use of the nail growth and modelling form is offered. In particular, 2-3 of acrylic balls are laid on the internal surface of the form or it is coated with the gel to the nail ruler mark corresponding to the nail length chosen. Then the form is applied to the nail and kept until the gel or acrylic is fully polymerised. Later the form is taken off the nail and its free edge is configured as it was chosen. The internal face of the nail is cleaned and the nail arch is made.

EFFECT: multiple use of the upper forms allows to have smooth nails with perfectly formed stress zone without nail filing process; the materials are saved and the time of the nail growth and modelling procedure is shortened.
