FIELD: artificial nails.
SUBSTANCE: nail member comprises an artificial nail plate composed of two side longitudinal members, which are separated with perforations, and intermediate member provided with a tear-off member. The end and intermediate sections of the side longitudinal members are projecting. The tear-off member has two sections separated by the curved slot, which copies the mating line of the tear-off member and the section of the intermediate longitudinal member, which is provided with a nail rule. The method comprises detaching the tear-off member from the nail member, removing one of the section of the nail member, securing the other section to the sticky section of the inner side of the intermediate longitudinal member of the nail member provided with a nail rule in such a way that their top edges are in coincidence, setting the nail member under the free end of the nail plate, and locking it on the finger with the use of the side longitudinal members in such a way that the central longitudinal line of the nail member and the central line of the natural nail plate are in alignment.
EFFECT: improved quality and shape of artificial nail plate.
