FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nail service in the sphere of consumer services. The invention is to improve the method of modeling artificially enlarged nails by making them more attractive due to introduction a new version of the difference between a natural smile line and a free edge of enlarged nail plate. The method of modeling artificially enlarged nails includes staging of the supporting mould, clipping of its lateral sides, laying a professional material with its subsequent stretching and holding until the curing process. At that stretching of the professional material in the area of the enlarged free part of the nail is performed in accordance with the outer surface of the mould. In case of curing the professional material the free edge of the artificial nail is formed. Laying professional material is performed in two stages, carrying it out in the first stage on the area of the nail bed, and in the second - on the surface of the mould, forming in the second stage an extra edge on the surface of the free part of artificially enlarged nails, giving it an Λ-shaped structure.
EFFECT: improved form of an enlarged nail plate, including the moulded stiffening rib, providing its increased strength characteristics.
