SUBSTANCE: method involves treating hands and feet with an antiseptic, then treating a free edge of nails and eliminating pterygium, then treating periungual skin ridges and cuticle, further, a step of treating the skin on fingers and toes with a nail file is carried out, wherein the cuticle is treated with a wooden stick without pressure and pressure, with a pusher with abrasiveness of 320 or 220 Grit, pterygium is abraded into dust in a circular motion, the cuticle is shaped, dust is removed with 240 Grit grinder, the surfaces of the cuticle and rollers are smoothed, then with file 240 Grit, the periungual skin ridges are treated, then the cuticle zone, the beginning of nail growth and a cuticle remover is applied under the free edge and for 1-2 minutes is distributed in a circular motion with the bevelled tip of a wooden stick, with a wooden stick with a cotton swab, a cuticle remover with dissolved keratinized pterygium and cuticle cells is removed with twisting movements, wooden stick with a cotton swab is moved parallel to the nail plate, the remainder of the cuticle remover is washed off with water, the errors are removed with 400 Grit grinder, then nails are polished by 3000 Grit polisher and protective coating is made in form of dry varnish with substrate, then, oil and cuticle tightening cream are rubbed in on periungual rollers, final stage is to treat the hands and feet with a nourishing cream.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method for safe manicure and pedicure, which provides restoration and filling of the integrity of the back and side ridges, as well as safe treatment of the cuticle and nail plate.
