FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurosurgery. Dura mater is dissected, syringomyelic cyst is opened and its constant drainage by means of strip from dura mater on pedicle is carried out. At the same time intraoperationally endoscopic cyst visualisation is realised, and if fistula between cavities becomes narrower, widening of communication between them is performed by means of endoscope, edges of cut in dura mater and of syringomyelic cyst are sewn to pia mater of spinal cord.
EFFECT: method extends arsenal of means for treatment of syringomyelia.
