FIELD: medicine; neurosurgery; neuropathology. SUBSTANCE: 6-7 week human embryo is taken under aseptic conditions by medical abortion from somatically healthy women, followed by aseptically isolating embryonic spinal cord. Spinal cord tissue thus-obtained is cut to pieces with volume 3-4 cub. mm, then placed into cultural medium. After myelotomy of cyst wall and removing cyst contents by aspiration, cultivated human embryo's spinal cord tissue is introduced into cyst cavity through silicone catheter. EFFECT: method permits to achieve neurological deficiency regression and to prevent disease recidives.
