FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatologyand orthopedics and is intended for hand reconstruction in case of inborn concrescence of central metacarpal bone. Transversal osteotomy of base metacarpal bone is carried out on the border of medial and distal bones. Then osteotomy of distal fragment of base metacarpal bone and metacarpal - phalanx joint is carried out. Parting and bringing down of obtained distal fragments of metacarpal bone are performed. Spongy-cortical autotransplant is embedded into obtained diastasis.
EFFECT: invention ensures simultaneous removal of metacarpal bones concrescence and their elongation, creation of normal anatomical and functional ratio of palm fingers, reduction of treatment terms.
